A step by step guide on how to archive patients on the C the Signs practice dashboard.
- C the Signs provides a robust safety-netting system in your practice. Once patients are no longer being actively safety-netted, they can be archived.
- Patients will remain on the archived board for 15 month for safety and audit purposes after which period of time they will be removed.
- You can move them back to Active or Cancer confirmed within those 15 months should you need to.
How do I archive a patient?
Step 1
- Open the C the Signs practice Dashboard
Step 2
- Find the patient you wish to move from the 'Active' board.
- Expand their entry and select 'Archive patient'
How to move patients from the Archive tab back to other tabs
Step 1
- Open the C the Signs practice Dashboard
- Click on the 'Archived' tab at the top of the page.
Step 2
- Find the patient you wish to move. Expand their entry and click on 'Move' in the bottom right.
- You will be given the option to move the patient to either 'Active' or 'Cancer Confirmed'.
