Step by step guide

Step 1

• Click the 'Patient' button on the C the Signs toolbar and select 'FIT Safety-netting'. 

Step 2 

• The FIT safety-netting page will open.
• Review relevant codes and add any clinical details in the notes section if needed.
• Send an information leaflet to the patient explaining how to complete a FIT test. 

Step 3

• Click on 'Submit and Send'. Relevant codes and clinical information will be saved into the patient's medical record.
• The FIT test has now also been safety-netted automatically onto the C the Signs Practice Dashboard.
