# FIT Safety-netting Shortcut

## Learn how to use the FIT safety-netting shortcut to quickly add FIT tests to your dashboard for tracking.

### Step by step guide

#### Step 1

- Click the **'Patient' button** on the C the Signs toolbar and select **'FIT Safety-netting'.**

#### Step 2

- The FIT safety-netting page will open.
- Review relevant codes and add any clinical details in the notes section if needed.
- Send an information leaflet to the patient explaining how to complete a FIT test.

#### Step 3

- Click on **'Submit and Send'.** Relevant codes and clinical information will be saved into the patient's medical record.
- The FIT test has now also been safety-netted automatically onto the C the Signs Practice Dashboard.

**Please ensure you request the FIT through your pathology service, as per your usual workflow.**
