How do I add a private referral onto C the Signs?

If a patient has had a private cancer referral carried out and you wish to record this on your C the Signs dashboard, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Step 1:

Click on the Active board and select 'Add Patient'. 



Step 2:

Search for the patient using their NHS number.

Step 3:

Using the 'Referrer' drop-down menu, select 'Other'. 

1. A pop-up box will appear in the bottom right-hand corner asking if you wish to proceed. Click the green tick to proceed.
   
   
   
2. The 'Referrer' field will then go blank, allowing you to type in the name of the referrer (here you can specify this was a private referral). Once you have completed this section, ensure that you save this:
