Step by step guide on how to remove a patient from the Practice Dashboard
If a patient has moved to a new practice or has passed away you may wish to remove them from your practice dashboard. This can be done on the Active tab and the Cancer Confirmed tab
How to remove a patient from the practice dashboard
1. Open the practice dashboard by using the second button on the C the Signs toolbar.
2. Open the patient you wish to remove using the arrow on the right hand side and then select 'Remove'.
3. You will then be given three options to remove this patient

- Remove patient from current board
- Remove patient from everywhere they appear on the practice dashboard
- Remove consultation(s) - this is if you only want to remove specific consultations
4. Select the most appropriate option from the list. You will then be prompted to confirm you wish to remove the patient.
