How do I add a patient to the Practice Dashboard?

A guide on how to add a patient to the 'Active' or 'Cancer Confirmed' board on the C the Signs Dashboard

Step 1

• Open the Dashboard (second button on the C the Signs toolbar)

• Decide where on the dashboard you would like to add the patient.
  - The 'Active' board holds a list of patients with outstanding referrals, FIT tests or other investigations.
  - The 'Cancer Confirmed' board holds a list of patients who have had a cancer diagnosed.

Step 2

• Once you have the correct board open, click the 'Add Patient' button on the top left-hand side of the page.

• You will be prompted to enter the patient's NHS number and relevant details regarding the patient you wish to add.
• There is a tick-box at the bottom of the 'Add Patient' page that gives you the option to save a copy in the patient's medical record. If the information is already present, you can skip this option.

• Click on 'Save' when you are happy. The patient will now be added to the C the Signs Dashboard.
