How to reverse blocked access to C the Signs (SystmOne)


Ensure you are logged into SystmOne with the login details of the user experiencing the error.


Step 1

  • Go into ‘Setup’ ➡ ‘Mobile Working & Integration’ ➡ ‘Device
    Manager’.


Step 2

  • Expand the blocked section by clicking on ‘Blocked’.


Step 3

  • Highlight ‘C the Signs’. Click on ‘Approve Device’ and then click ‘Yes’.

In some cases, more than one ‘C the Signs’ may be listed. Highlight all
instances and click on ‘Approve Device’.


Access to C the Signs will now be permitted.
