How to find your practice username and password

If you are accessing C the Signs for the first time, you may be prompted to enter the practice username and password (see image below).

How do I find my practice username and password?

1. Ask your practice manager: 
   The team at C the Signs will have emailed your Practice Manager with the unique username and password for your practice.
2. Request details from our help desk:
   Email support@cthesigns.co.uk with your Practice Manager copied in.
