Identifying patients at risk of cancer is very useful to help identify where patients meet NICE criteria and to prompt when to do a FIT test or CA125 blood test. I tend to use the systems tab rather than the symptoms and find it very user-friendly. GP, South East London, Bexley

I can only speak for our PCN and practice (as Cancer Lead) as I believe the data generated from the tool has facilitated a myriad of learning opportunities (through the NCDA, SEAs, cancer care meetings etc.), which in turn had made our clinicians more “cancer aware” It can be a challenge quantifying such secondary gains.
