How to manage patients with a BCC or SCC diagnosis on C the Signs
- It is up to your practice if you wish to move patients with a BCC or SCC diagnosis to 'Cancer Confirmed' or 'Cancer Excluded'.
- If you move a patient with a BCC or SCC to 'Cancer Confirmed' you will still able to access the Cancer Care Review (CCR) templates as usual. To reflect that the 3 and 12 month CCR are not applicable from a QOF perspective, a 'N/A' will be automatically placed in the relevant tracking column for these patients.
