      Wrong version of C the Signs installed

      Guide on how to uninstall an incorrect version of C the Signs

      Step 1

      • Please go to the Start menu and search for the Control Panel.

      Step 2

      • Click on the first result and then click on 'Programs' on the window that popped up.

      Step 3

      • Please click on 'Programs and Features'. You’ll then see a list of all installed applications on the computer. 
      • On the list, you should see ‘C the Signs on SystmOne’ and/or ‘C the Signs on EMIS’. Please ensure that only the version applicable to your practice system is installed:
        • If you are using EMIS, please uninstall the SystmOne version.
        • If you are using SystmOne, please uninstall the EMIS version.
