# Wrong version of C the Signs installed

## Guide on how to uninstall an incorrect version of C the Signs

#### Step 1

- Please go to the **Start menu** and search for the **Control Panel**.

#### Step 2

- Click on the first result and then click on **'Programs'** on the window that popped up.

#### Step 3

- Please click on **'Programs and Features'**. You’ll then see a list of all installed applications on the computer.
- On the list, you should see **‘C the Signs on SystmOne’** and/or **‘C the Signs on EMIS’**. Please ensure that only the version applicable to your practice system is installed:
  
    - If you are using **EMIS**, please uninstall the **SystmOne** version.
    - If you are using **SystmOne**, please uninstall the **EMIS** version.
